✅ You Can Request Exchange/Return If:
- Wrong product received
- Damaged or broken product (unboxing video required)
- Missing items from your order
🚫 Not Applicable If:
- You change your mind after delivery (see below for mind-change policy)
- Minor box damage but product is fine
- Product used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
📦 Conditions:
- Request within 2 days of receiving the order
- Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
- Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/missing claims
