🔄 Return & Exchange Policy – Curious Little Ones (CLO)

At CLO, we work hard to send the right products in perfect condition. If something’s not right, we’re here to make it easy for you.

✅ You Can Request Exchange/Return If:

  • Wrong product received

  • Damaged or broken product (unboxing video required)

  • Missing items from your order

🚫 Not Applicable If:

  • You change your mind after delivery (see below for mind-change policy)

  • Minor box damage but product is fine

  • Product used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

📦 Conditions:

  • Request within 2 days of receiving the order

  • Product must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/missing claims

🔧 How It Works:

  1. Contact Us within 2 days via WhatsApp +92 317 2192929 or Email curiouslittleones1@gmail.com
    Send: Order number, pictures + unboxing video, and issue details.

  2. We Verify within 24–48 hours. If valid, return/exchange is approved.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • If it’s our mistake → We arrange pickup or cover courier cost.

    • If mind change/don’t like product → You send it back, refund after receiving (minus Rs. 300 delivery cost).

  4. Exchange Delivery: After we receive your return (3–5 days), your new product is dispatched within 5–7 working days.

💳 Refunds:

  • Only if item is out of stock for exchange

  • Processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after return



💡 Note from CLO:

We recommend asking for extra pictures or a quick video of the toy before ordering if you have any doubts. This helps avoid returns or refunds — as excess handling can damage toys and cause a loss for us. Your clarity helps us keep prices fair for all parents. 💖
