Other cities: 4–7 working days
Remote areas: 6–9 working days

Q. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes — but only if:

You receive a wrong item
The product is damaged, broken, or missing parts (unboxing video required)

Returns are not accepted for change of mind, minor packaging dents, or slight design/color variations.
