At Curious Little Ones, we try our best to send you the right products in perfect condition. But if something goes wrong, here’s how we handle it — simple, easy, and fair.

✅ When Can You Request Exchange or Return?

• Wrong Product Received
• Damaged or Broken Product (must share unboxing video)
• Missing Items from your order

🚫 When It’s Not Applicable:

• You changed your mind after delivery
• Minor box damage (if the product is safe)
• Used, assembled, or damaged by customer after delivery

📦 Conditions:

• Unboxing video is mandatory for claims of damage or missing items
• Request must be made within 2 days of receiving the order
• Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

🔧 How the Process Works:

Step 1 – Contact Us

WhatsApp us at [Your Number] within 2 days of delivery.
Send:

• Order number
• Pictures + unboxing video
• Issue details

Step 2 – We Verify

• Our team checks and responds within 24–48 hours.
• If valid, your return or exchange is approved.

Step 3 – Return Shipping

• If it’s our mistake (wrong/damaged/missing):
  → We’ll arrange pickup or cover return courier.
• If you want to exchange for other reasons:
  → You’ll send the product back at your own courier cost.

Step 4 – Receive Your Exchange

• Once we receive the return (usually 3–5 working days), we dispatch the exchange product.
• You’ll receive the new item within 5–7 working days after we receive the return.

🔥 Timeline Example:

• Return courier to us: 3–5 days
• Processing + dispatch from us: 1–2 days
• Delivery to you: 2–5 days (depending on your city)
  → Total time for exchange: 7–10 working days after return is sent.

✅ Note:

• Refunds are only offered if the item is out of stock for exchange.
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 5–7 working days.
