- Damaged or Broken Product (must share unboxing video)
- Missing Items from your order

- You changed your mind after delivery
- Minor box damage (if the product is safe)
- Used, assembled, or damaged by customer after delivery

- Unboxing video is mandatory for claims of damage or missing items
